Free Introductory Call
I offer a free, 15-minute introductory call on Zoom, which can help you decide if you would like to begin therapy with me. It also gives you the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have about my approach to therapy.
When getting in touch to schedule an introductory call, please let me know your time zone. This will help avoid confusion about the time that we decide to meet.
Online and in-person sessions
I offer both in-person and online sessions. Sessions may also take place alternately in-person and online.
Frequency
Weekly, 50-minute sessions are recommended, especially at the beginning of therapy. After the first few months of working together, we may be able to switch to meeting fortnightly.
Fees
I charge €100 per session. If you have insurance in Austria, you are eligible to receive partial financial reimbursement.
I have a limited number of spaces available at a lower fee for students and people who are in a financially difficult situation. Please feel free to inquire about these during the introductory call.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions that are cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be fully charged.
